Tour Cars in Israel need a license from ministry of Transportation, and it must be driven by a licensed Tour Guide which has a public driving license Taxi or Bus<\/p>\n

Tour cars are insured in a special insurance that covers paying clients, and include life insurance and theft<\/p>\n

In our Tour Car Association we have the majority of private guides which operates Tour Cars in Israel. Today March we have more then 500 members who operates tour cars in Israel<\/p>\n

Israel, though it is a Hi-Tech country suffer from one of the worst bureaucrat system in the world from reasons I can not understand! I decided to delicate my life to the war against bureaucracy. My first fight was against Ministry of Transportation civil servants which in a very stupid or corrupted way prefer the interests of the Car Dealers, which are monopoly in Israel, only 1 dealer for each car manufacture<\/p>\n

It took me 10 years to make the car self import possible first for Tour Guides and later on to all small business in Israel. And I’m very proud in my achievement. It shows that in Israel even if you are a “small citizen” with the right attitude you can win a war against the system. Also it shows that the court system in Israel works for the citizens and not in favor of stupid or corrupted civil servants<\/p>\n
